Prerequisite: Celestial Lineage Phenotype Talent
Divine blood flows bright in your veins.
Your phenotype ability improves:
- Protector: When you use your Radiant Soul to fly, you do not provoke Attacks of Opportunity when you move. Additionally, your flying speed increases to double your movement speed.
- Scourge: When you use your Radiant Consumption to deal extra sacred damage to a target, you can make a trained Charisma attack vs the target’s Constitution defence. On a hit, the creature is stunned until the end of your next turn. You can use this ability a number of times per long rest equal to your Charisma modifier.
- Fallen: When you use your Necrotic Shroud to frighten creatures within 10 feet of you, they instead become panicked.
- Herald: When you use your Radiant Mobility to enhance your speed, you do not provoke Attacls of Opportunity when you move and you can walk on liquids and vertical surfaces.
Necrotic Shroud
Cost: 5 Character Points
Prerequisite: Fallen Celestial Lineage Phenotype

You unleash the divine energy within yourself, causing your eyes to turn into pools of darkness and two skeletal, ghostly, flightless wings to sprout from your back.
The instant that you transform, make a trained Charisma attack roll vs the Charisma defence of other creatures within 10 feet of you that can see you. On a hit, they become frightened of you until the end of your next turn.
Your transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as an action. During it, once on each of your turns, you can deal extra decay damage to one target when you deal damage to it with an attack or a spell. The extra decay damage equals your Charisma modifier.
Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Radiant Consumption
Cost: 5 Character Points
Prerequisite: Scourge Celestial Lineage Phenotype

You unleash the divine energy within yourself, causing a searing light to radiate from you, pouring out of your eyes and mouth and threatening to char you.
Your transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as an action. During it, you shed bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet. At the end of each of your turns, you and each creature within 10 feet of you take sacred damage equal to your Charisma modifier. Additionally, once on each of your turns, you can deal extra sacred damage to one target when you deal damage to it with an attack or a spell. The extra sacred damage equals your Charisma modifier.
Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Radiant Mobility
Cost: 5 Character Points
Prerequisite: Herald Celestial Lineage Phenotype

You unleash the divine energy within yourself, causing your eyes to glimmer and your feet to glide on waves of divine light.
Your transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as an action. During it, you double your speed. Once on each of your turns, you can deal extra sacred damage to one target when you deal damage to it with an attack or a spell. The extra radiant damage equals your Charisma modifier.
Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Radiant Soul

Prerequisite: Protector Celestial Lineage Phenotype

You unleash the divine energy within yourself, causing your eyes to glimmer and two luminous, incorporeal wings to sprout from your back.
Your transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as an action. During it, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. Once on each of your turns, you can deal extra sacred damage to one target when you deal damage to it with an attack or a spell. The extra radiant damage equals your Charisma modifier.
Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
