Draconic Bloodline
Your innate magic comes from draconic magic that was mingled with your blood, or that of your ancestors. Most often, sorcerers with this origin trace their descent back to a mighty sorcerer of ancient times who made a bargain with a dragon or who might even have claimed a dragon parent. Some of these bloodlines are well established in the world, but most are obscure. Any given sorcerer could be the first of a new bloodline, as a result of a pact or some other exceptional circumstance.

Dragon Ancestor
When you take your first talent in this branch, choose one type of dragon as your ancestor. The damage type associated with each dragon is used by features and talents you gain later.

Bonus Spells
Based upon your chosen dragon ancestor, you gain spells from the corresponding lists below, once you can cast spells of that level. Once you gain a bonus spell, you always know it and it doesn’t count against the number of spells that you know.
If you have a bonus spell that doesn’t appear on the arcane spell list, that spell is nevertheless an arcane spell for you.

Draconic Resilience
Cost: 5 Character Points
Your dragon ancestor provides you with vigour and protection in the form of a thin layer of dragon-like scales.
When you take this talent, your hit point maximum increases by double your maximum spell level.
Additionally, you gain DR 4 and coverage 11-16. This ability does not stack with worn armour.
Elemental Affinity I
Cost: 10 Character Points
Prerequisite: 3rd Level Spells and Draconic Resilience
The blood from your ancestor empowers your spells.
When you cast a spell that deals damage of the type associated with your draconic ancestry, you can treat any 1 on a damage die as a 2. At the same time, you can spend 1 additional mana to gain resistance to that damage type for 1 hour.
Dragon Wings
Cost: 50 Character Points
Prerequisite: 7th Level Spells and Elemental Affinity I
Action: 1
You can soar the skies with the dragons.
You gain the ability to sprout a pair of dragon wings from your back, gaining a flying speed equal to your current speed. They last until you dismiss them using 1 Action on your turn.
You can’t manifest your wings while wearing armour, unless the armour is made to accommodate them, and clothing not made to accommodate your wings might be destroyed when you manifest them.
Elemental Affinity II
Cost: 50 Character Points
Prerequisite: 7th Level Spells and Elemental Affinity I
The blood from your ancestor empowers some of your spells.
When you cast a spell that deals damage of the type associated with your draconic ancestry, you can spend 2 additional mana to ignore one instance of resistance that a damaged creature has.
Draconic Presence
Cost: 80 Character Points
Prerequisite: 9th Level Spells and Dragon Wings
Actions: 2
You can channel the dread presence of your dragon ancestor, causing those around you to become awestruck or frightened.
You can spend 5 mana to draw on this power and exude an aura of awe or fear (your choice) to a distance of 60 feet. For 1 minute or until you lose your concentration (as if you were casting a concentration spell), each hostile creature that starts its turn in this aura must succeed on a Wisdom defense check vs your spell casting ability or be charmed (if you chose awe) or frightened (if you chose fear) until the aura ends. A creature that succeeds on this saving throw is immune to your aura for 24 hours.
