Commander
Commanders inspire greatness in others by committing brave deeds in battle. The mere presence of a knight in a hamlet is enough to cause some orcs and bandits to seek easier prey. A lone knight is a skilled warrior, but a knight leading a band of allies can transform even the most poorly equipped militia into a ferocious war band.

Additionally, when you use your Second Wind feature, you can choose up to three other allied creatures who can see or hear you. Each one regains stamina equal to thier recovery die.
Any remaining stamina points that would be regained using Rallying Cry are turned into temporary stamina that lasts for 1 minute.
Inspiring Surge

When you use your Action Surge feature, you can instead choose an allied creature within 60 feet of you. That creature can take 1 extra action on its next turn. If they make an attack roll with using that action, then its attacks deals extra damage equal to your Charisma modifier.
