Life clerics focus on the vibrant energy that sustains all life. The gods of life promote vitality and health through healing the sick and wounded, caring for those in need, and driving away the forces of death and undeath. Almost any non-evil deity can claim influence over this domain, particularly agricultural deities, sun gods, gods of healing or endurance, and gods of home and community.

Branch Spells

Once you can cast spells of the corresponding level, you may spend character points equal to twice the spell’s level to have that spell always prepared. Spells bought in this manner don’t count against the number of spells that you can prepare.

If you have a branch spell that doesn’t appear on the Divine Spell List, that spell is nevertheless a divine spell for you.

Disciple of Life

Cost: 5 Character Points

Your devotion to life causes healing spells to be more effective.

Whenever you cast a spell using 1 or more mana to restore stamina to a creature, the creature regains additional stamina equal to 2 + the amount of mana used.

Preserve Life

Prerequisite: Channel Divinity and Disciple of Life
Actions: 2

You can use your Channel Divinity to heal the badly injured.

You present your holy symbol and evoke healing energy that can restore stamina up to a number of recovery dice equal to your maximum spell level. Choose any creatures within 30 feet of you and divide those recovery dice among them. Each selected creature can roll the recovery dice granted to them, plus your spellcasting attribute modifier, and recover that amount of stamina. You can’t use this feature on an undead or a construct.

Blessed Healer

Cost: 20 Character Points
Prerequisite: 3rd Level Spells and Disciple of Life

The healing spells that you cast on others heal you as well.

When you cast a spell using 1 or more mana that restores stamina to a creature other than you, you regain stamina equal to 2 + the amount of mana used.

Supreme Healing

Cost: 80 Character Points
Prerequisite: 8th Level Spells and Blessed Healer

You have mastered using your spells to heal, causing them to be most effective.

When you would normally roll one or more dice to restore stamina with a spell, you instead use the highest number possible for each die. For example, instead of restoring 2d6 hit points to a creature, you restore 12.
