Growing more and more frustrated by the second, Kid Titan reaches out with super senses. First thing he sees is the pressurized storage bottles of a bunch of gases -- hydrogen, oxygen; as well as some liquid tanks too. Half a second from flinging the robots into the bottles, he hears something else: a heartbeat from one of the injured scientists. It's faint, but there. He sighs.
Time to get creative.
Instead of throwing the robots into the bottles, he throws them into each other, tangling their metal limbs and buying himself the sparse seconds he needs to escape. On his feet again, he looks around to see some sort of high-powered laser pointed vaguely in the robots' direction. He sprints for the laser, stopping to pick up an oxygen tank before getting there. The robots are almost free, one clambering to its racist robot feet. On switch, on switch, where is the on switch? What was it with super secret laboratories and not clearly labelling things? A big red button catches his eye and he mentally shrugs. Why not?
"Hey, do me a favor? Hold this," he says to the lead robot, tossing the oxygen tank to the robot. The machine catches the tank, and looks down at it, then back up at Kid Titan.
"Auf wiedersehen, assholes," Kid Titan says with gritted teeth, and smashes his fist on the big red button.
The laser ignites, piercing into the side of the oxygen tank, which promptly explodes. The explosion ignites the other canisters, and the entire lab goes up in a roar of fire. When the smoke clears, Kid Titan is on the ground, pressing his body over the still-living scientist. His skin is covered in black soot, and his suit is burnt and torn in several places. He looks down at the scientist, and can still hear the heartbeat thudding in their chest. "Sorry buddy," he says, looking up at the ruins of the nazi robots near the door. "Alright. Let's get you out of here."
